La caractérisation de 2014 modifiant le RCI agricole 2013-001R enlève les îlots déstructurés qui avaient été acceptés par la CPTAQ mais refusés par le MAMROT. Comme à la suite de ce refus, la CPTAQ ne considérait que ce qui était en caractérisé AVANT le règlement de 2013, ces îlots n'avaient plur leurs places. Il a donc été nécessaire de remettre la caractérisation de ces îlots à \"l'avant 2013\". Cela cré tout de même des choses \"étranges\". Ex. : à St-André. un îlot redevient dynamique alors que la caractérisation autour a été changée pour du dévitalisé. Ce qui a pour effet de placer du dynamique le long du chemin mais du dévitalisé dans les champs autour. <\/SPAN><\/P>
