Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>La caractérisation de 2014 modifiant le RCI agricole 2013-001R enlève les îlots déstructurés qui avaient été acceptés par la CPTAQ mais refusés par le MAMROT. Comme à la suite de ce refus, la CPTAQ ne considérait que ce qui était en caractérisé AVANT le règlement de 2013, ces îlots n'avaient plur leurs places. Il a donc été nécessaire de remettre la caractérisation de ces îlots à "l'avant 2013". Cela cré tout de même des choses "étranges". Ex. : à St-André. un îlot redevient dynamique alors que la caractérisation autour a été changée pour du dévitalisé. Ce qui a pour effet de placer du dynamique le long du chemin mais du dévitalisé dans les champs autour. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>L'exception est la municipalité d'Escuminac. Comme cette municipalité a été oubliée </SPAN><SPAN>dans la</SPAN><SPAN>carto </SPAN><SPAN>du</SPAN><SPAN>règlement original, elle est considérée comme nouvellement caractérisée en 2013. Le fameux îlot 31 devient agroforestier et les autres qui ont été refusés deviennent ce qu'il y a autour d'eux. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
